1.What are the ingredients of Botany & Co. hair oil?

Our Botany & Co. hair oil is 100% natural and contains a blend of 10 natural oils and extracts, carefully selected for their benefits to hair growth and health, and biotin B7. Here is the complete list of ingredients:

2.Is Botany & Co. oil compatible with all hair types?

Yes, our hair oil is designed to suit all hair types, including dry, oily, curly, straight, frizzy, and even colored or chemically treated hair. It's lightweight, absorbs easily, and leaves no greasy residue.

3.Can Botany & Co. oil be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Although our oil is composed solely of natural ingredients, it does contain essential oils. As a precaution, we recommend that pregnant women or breastfeeding consult their doctor or midwife before using our product to ensure it is suitable for their individual circumstances.

4.How should I use Botany & Co. hair oil for best results?

Apply 2 to 3 drops directly to the scalp, focusing on areas of thinning hair. Gently massage for 2 to 3 minutes to improve absorption and blood circulation. Use daily (preferably in the evening) for at least 3 months for optimal results.You can also apply to the ends and lengths of your hair.

5. How long does it take to see results with Botany & Co. oil?

Results vary from person to person, but many of our customers notice an improvement after 4 to 8 weeks of regular use. For optimal results, we recommend using the oil for at least 3 months.

6.Does Botany & Co. hair oil make hair greasy?

Our oil is formulated to be lightweight and non-greasy. To avoid a greasy feel, use a small amount and focus on the scalp rather than the lengths of your hair. You can also adjust the frequency of use according to your hair type.

7.What should I do if I have an allergic reaction to Botany & Co. oil?

Although our oil is made with natural ingredients, it is possible to be allergic to one of its components. We recommend performing a patch test before first use by applying a small amount of oil behind your ear and monitoring for any reaction for 24 to 48 hours. If you experience any irritation or redness, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

1.How can I request a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at contact@botanyandcosmetics.com, providing your order number and the reason for your request.

2.How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.

3.What are your delivery times?

Our delivery time is 8 to 15 business days. Order processing generally takes 24 hours after your order is confirmed.

4.What can I do if I need to change my address or some information about my order?

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to change your address or any other information. Please contact us at contact@botanyandcosmetics.com as soon as possible with the details of the change. After this time, your order will likely have already left our warehouse and can no longer be modified.

5.Why hasn't my tracking number been updated yet?

It can sometimes take up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order has shipped. If your tracking number is not updated after this time, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

6.What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@botanyandcosmetics.com with your order number and photos of the product in question. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending you a replacement or offering a refund.
